I am a lucky girl to be in my 11th year of survival from Stage 4 Lymphoma and I truly feel that  "Everyday is a Gift". I love helping other's that are struggling with their own recovery and try to be a good positive influence and just to be there when they need someone to talk to..

I have been a full time Realtor for over 26 years.  I can honestly say that I love what I do for a living and look forward to helping my clients housing dreams come true.

I completed my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) June, 2005.  I am very proud to have earned this degree as it truly was a challenge.  Less than 4% of all Realtor's nationwide hold this designation and I now carry the highest designation available for a residential Realtor.

I earned my GRI designation, (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) in 1993. This designation is similiar to a master's in the real estate industry and only 14% of all agents nationwide hold this designation. 

I earned my ABR designation, (Accredited Buyer's Representative), most commonly known as a licensed buyer's agent in 2001, only 9% of all agents nationwide hold this designation.  

I am very proud of all my accomplishments and take much pride in the level of service I am able to offer my clients from my many years of education and experience in negotiations.
